Direct Support Professional
Full-Time
The Direct Support Professional works one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting them as they develop skills, pursue personal interests, engage in new experiences, and build meaningful relationships within their community.
Vocational Services Professional
Full-Time
The Vocational Services Professional will provide instruction and live training on real work sites to individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities program who are taking their first active steps toward getting a job in the near future.
Rapid Transition Housing (RTH) Specialist
Full-Time
This position assists eligible participants in
finding and securing affordable and accessible housing. The Specialist is
responsible for connecting participants with critical resources, including
rental subsidies, community transition supports, and other essential services to
promote stable housing and enhance their quality of life.
Behavioral Support Specialist
Full-Time
The Behavior Support Specialist provides individualized behavioral support to children and adults with developmental disabilities participating in Family Support Services (FSS) and Community Habilitation (CH) programs.
Resource and Referral Specialist
Full-Time
The Family and Community Centers will serve a unique role to ensure that parents, agencies, school district personnel, counties, and other stakeholders have the knowledge, information, and procedures in place to use the foundational principles outlined in the New York State Education Department’s Blueprint for Improved Results with an eye toward improving access, equity and opportunity for all children and their families.
