CDPA: Personal Care at Home
Discover the freedom of Consumer Directed Personal Assistance (CDPA), where eligible Medicaid recipients can hire and manage their own personal assistants— including family, friends, or neighbors—to help with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and housekeeping.
Social Care Network
STIC’s Social Care Network Program connects Medicaid recipients in New York to essential resources through Social Care Navigators who screen for unmet Health-Related Social Needs, such as nutrition, housing, and transportation. By providing personalized guidance and access to tailored community-based services, we empower individuals to achieve greater health, stability, and independence.
