Southern Tier Independence Center (STIC) offers affordable and accessible conference room rentals for community use. Whether you're hosting a training, meeting, or educational session, our facility provides a comfortable and professional environment.

$200 for half day (4 hours or less)
$350 for full day (over 4 hours or after hours)

Conference Room
$100 for half day (4 hours or less)
$175 for full day (over 4 hours or after hours)
- Capacity: 20-50 people

Note: A $100 refundable deposit is required to cover potential damage or cleaning needs

Booking & Payment Information
- Full payment is due one week prior to your rental date.
- Checks can be made payable to STIC.
- Online payments are accepted through STIC’s PayPal. Please note "room rental" in the memo.
Important: Due to our not-for-profit status, STIC does not rent rooms to for-profit businesses or organizations.
Rental Terms & Conditions
- STIC does not endorse or affiliate with outside groups using our space.
- Renters are responsible for:
- Supervision of all attendees
- Cleaning the room after use (returning tables/chairs to original layout)
- Observing all laws and facility policies (no alcohol, drugs, or smoking inside the building)
- Not attaching anything to walls or fixtures
- Limiting use to the rented room and restrooms
- Damage to STIC property or failure to comply with policies may result in loss of deposit and future rental privileges.
